Role
Our customer experience team are at the heart of our company, when things don’t go to plan, they are there to make sure our customers celebration goes as planned, even if that means making a small miracle.
You’ll be handling customer calls, live chats, emails and liaising with our transport team. You’ll also find yourself helping customers select the perfect cake for their celebration, or organising the next big corporate order for one of our clients.
Flexibility is key, we operate 7 days a week, from 7am-9:30pm, and this role is best suited to someone who isn’t looking for the 9-5pm. The shifts are 8 hours long with a 20 minute break.
Required Experience
Are you good at problem solving and thinking on your feet? Our Online Customer Services team are always here to help our customers and ensure we provide the best service possible.
We help many different departments within the company from the stores to the decorators so you must be a great communicator who has a friendly approach.
We are looking for someone who likes a challenge, aims to please as well as loving cake so much you can talk about it for hours a day. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Not Essential But Preferred:
- Shopify knowledge
- Gorgias emailing system experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, this can be basic
- Experience using Google Docs
