Lola's was founded by two friends who had a passion for baking delicious cakes. We are now a team of more than 400, working hard to give our customers the very best celebration experience.

Giving back to the community is important to us. We work very closely with the local police force, and have supported their volunteer programs, and summer camps. We also support City Harvest who donate food locally.
We run a number of internal activities & events to visit and support local charities.
We have over 25 locations, offering an amazing range of cupcakes and cakes for our customer. Work your way up the ladder, and manage one of our bustling retail stores. We employ over 200 people in retail.
Our bakery is a bustling place. Mixing, piping, baking, weighing, and creating our delicious cakes. We have a small team in the morning and then the afternoon shift powers through, as we bake through the night to create freshly baked deliciousness.
Our decorators take our cakes to the next level, applying our delicious icings and toppings. All our cakes are finished by hand and made fresh every day. We have a team of over 50 decorators turning our sponges into works of art.
Our cakes don't find their way into their boxes by magic. Our team of packers check, scan and pack each of the cakes, ensuring our customers' cakes are correct, and packed to perfection. We add merchandise and place onto trollies. It's a busy place in the packing rooms.
Our kitchen porting team, keep our bakery spic and span, washing, mopping, wiping and cleansing to ensure high standards of food hygiene. It's hard work, but essential for a well-run bakery.
We make over 10,000 cupcakes a day, and 1000's of celebration cakes. That's a lot of materials, to move around our bakery, which is done by our hard working warehouse team. Every day is a 'gym day' for our warehouse team.
We deliver cakes country wide, and that's a huge responsibility for our transport team. Driving a fleet of almost all electric vans is a pleasure, putting a smile on our customers faces. You need to be +25 to drive one of our vans.
There's no point having delicious cakes if people don't know about them, which is where our marketing team comes in. From social media, to photography, it's all within our marketing team's daily routine.
Over half of our cakes and cupcakes are sold online. Our e-commerce team ensure our website is giving our customers the very best experience, and showing off our cakes in the best way possible. If online is your thing, join us.
This is where the magic happens. Our product development team have the most amazing space, and have fun every day creating our amazing products. There's naturally a lot of tasting, and plenty of creative juices flowing.
If screw drivers are your thing, our maintenance team would love to hear from you. We are hard at work ensuring our stores are kept in tip-top condition. There is truly never a dull day.
Suppliers need paying, as does our hard-working team. Our accounts team stay on top of it all, and ensure a well run company for all.
